Coach Bio

Hi, I'm Lindsey.

I run a small-group strength training program out of my home gym in northern Arizona. I've been strength training for 20+ years and bring the perspective of a collegiate athlete, mountain biker, skier, and mom of two active boys.

Strength for a long, healthy life.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer focused on how strength training supports muscle, bone health, confidence, and longevity through every season of life.

I run small group personal training out of my private home gym, where the goal is to help clients build strength in a way that feels sustainable and supportive. Ideally, I recommend lifting at least twice a week to maintain and build muscle. Lifting is the supplement so many of us have been missing, and once you feel what it does for the rest of your life, you won't want to go back.

Built around community.

One of the most powerful things I've witnessed is what happens when people train together in a non-competitive, encouraging environment.

I have truly found a passion in helping athletes appreciate their bodies for what they can do. Our bodies are amazing, and as they change through aging, birth, injury, and life itself, building strength supports us mentally, emotionally, and physically.

My hope is that training feels like a place to learn, laugh, work hard, and leave feeling more connected to your body, your strength, and the people beside you.

Why I Coach

I love coaching because I get to be part of this community, too.

Coaching lets me help facilitate healthy habits through a skill I feel deeply comfortable with and have years of experience practicing. I love creating a space where athletes feel supported, capable, and encouraged while building strength that carries into real life.

I also feel like I am part of the community being built here: a group of supportive people showing up for themselves and each other. Outside of the gym, I love Latin dancing, playing with my kids, coffee, and learning new things. Also, mountain biking is my favorite adrenaline source.
