Flagstaff Strength Classes

In-person lifting classes are $20/class, held three days a week on the north side of Flagstaff with a supportive, like-minded community earning their strong.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8:15 and 9:30
  • Private garage gym setting for groups no larger than 4

Every class is built with intention.

Prepare

Start with a complete warm up that gets your joints, core, and nervous system ready to lift well. Programming is adapted to individual needs so training stays safe, effective, and appropriately challenging. Coaching is attuned and encouraging, with support for the healthy life habits that make strength possible: sleep, water, food, and adequate rest.

Lift

Programming focuses on four primary compound lifts, which efficiently maximize strength, muscle growth, and functional fitness by engaging multiple joints and large muscle groups simultaneously. Movements rotate every 4 weeks so you can build strength with intention and enough variety to stay engaged.

Carry

Every class includes a loaded carry, which has full-body benefits and is a key movement contributing to longevity. Classes also fold in balance, jumping, dynamic work, and cardio bursts for practical, athletic strength.

Core

Pilates-based core work builds a strong, stable center for life's twists and turns while supporting safe lifting form. Breath work and pelvic floor awareness are woven into the sequence, with a cool down to follow every workout.

At the beginning of each month, let me know which classes you'd like to attend, and I'll plan around your availability. You'll be billed monthly based on the classes you attend, so scheduling can stay flexible when life, kids, travel, or work shift things around.
